One of the things I really love about yoga is the relaxation afterwards and the time you spend just being in the moment. It’s rare these days with our oh so busy lives to find the time just to lay still. Many people forget the importance of this part; as important in fact as the rest of the yoga. It’s when the mind heals, restores and balances.
So I urge you all, no matter how busy you are, to find a few moments, five minutes if you can to be still; to listen to your breathing, take it in and out through the nose and calm the mind. Your body will thank you for it.
